What are the raffles and how do I enter?
Raffles are a great way to put some nice and pricier corals in the hands of people who will truly appreciate them. Let's be honest, not everyone wants to spend an arm and a leg on a popular piece of coral. Raffles gives people the chance to get their hands on it at the lowest possible price.
I try and do daily raffles on our Instagram page daily and shipping is always free.
The way it works is I'll post a coral and offer up 20 spots at a low price point (anywhere from $5 - $15 a spot). Once all the spots are taken, payment is collect through venmo/zelle and I go live and spin a win to choose a random winner. I then reach out to the winner and coordinate when will be the best time to ship. You can find all running raffles on our Instagram page.
What is your shipping policy?
We prefer to ship mon - wed. And depending on the weather. We are a small company and work to get you your corals within a day or 2 of you ordering. We try and offer competitive pricing on the corals and only charge a $39.99 overnight shipping fee to all the lower 48 states. We ship via UPS but reserve the right to also ship with FedEx.
What is your DOA policy?
If your coral arrives dead on arrival (DOA) then please email us a picture within 2 hours of the confirmed delivery time of the dead coral using the "contact us" link on the top of the page. Once we confirm that the coral is dead we will do our best to make it right. We can offer you store credit for a future purchase or send a replacement if we have another in stock. Please note that the cost of shipping a replacement order will be paid by the buyer.
Please note: Once UPS/FedEx takes possession of the package, we have no control over the shipping process. You would need to contact customer service to help answer questions and track your order. However, we will do our best to assist you in any way we can.
